Presentation copy, inscribed by the artist in pencil on the title, "For Philip and José, with very best wishes, Houston, October 31, 1998". After the publication of the book, the plates were printed without margins and issued without text in a cloth portfolio as 'First Suite' in 1997 (46 on various papers). The following year saw the release of 'Second Suite,' comprising a title-page iwth a new plate and the ten plates substantially reworked and finished to the plate edges (60 copies).
