Publisher's terra-cotta cloth, decorated in black on front cover and spine, gilt-lettered. Provenance: Sadie Lorenz, Brooklyn (December 1883 inscription on front flyleaf). The book was advertised for sale in September 1883, so this is an early ownership inscription. Slightly leaned, a few breaks in cloth at ends of spine, light bubbling on front cover. Item #406553
