FIRST EDITION of this collection of royalist congratulatory verse compiled by Oxonians upon the accession of Charles II, in Latin, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, French and English. The collection includes the first published appearance of John Wilmot, 2nd Earl of Rochester, then a 13-year old undergraduate, and the second appearance in print by John Locke.
