A scarce printed indenture from 14 May 1870 between the St. Joseph and Denver City Railroad Company of Kansas, and the Farmer's Loan and Trust Company of New York, the purpose the build, maintain and operate a railroad in the states of Kansas and Nebraska, joining the Union Pacific. The fine large folding map details the region. OCLC/WorldCat lists only two copies of this map, at Denver Public Library and Harvard University.

Laid-in: two-page printed mortgage bonds from Tanner & Co., bankers, stating that the Company has delivered to Farmer's $5,500,000 of First Mortgage Sinking Fund Land Grant Railroad Bonds.
